We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as you received it
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging

If your return is accepted, you will be required to send the item back using Royal Mail Guaranteed Special Delivery. You will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the item is not damaged and the correct product was delivered, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

Refunds
